Clearview has had the privilege of serving these 5 Big Brother & Big Sister organizations that match young people facing adversity with trained adult mentors in 1-1 or group mentoring programs.
We have resources and training modules that address challenges faced by this sector, including staff leadership competencies, board development and fundraising training.
One of the greatest needs was equipping new supervisors/managers as they transition from the front lines to leading others and building a strong resilient culture. The result is less turnover, fewer HR issues and staff feeling empowered to own their decisions and solutions to challenges that arise.
All of these organizations had accessed a grant that paid 83.3% of training.
